Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Pre heat grill for high heat.
  2. Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lightly coat asparagus with minced garlic.
  4. Grill over high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice, before serving.
