Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Pre heat grill for high heat.
- Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly coat asparagus with minced garlic.
- Grill over high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice, before serving.
